We strive to describe our products as accurately as your dog describes its need for treats (which is to say, very accurately!). However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, and occasional product updates may occur.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll notify you faster than a cat jumps on an empty box.

Health and Safety

While our products are pet-approved, we recommend supervising your pet with new toys and checking products regularly for wear and tear.

Placing Orders

When you place an order, it’s like throwing a ball – once released, it’s hard to call back! Please review your order carefully before submitting.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas) because every pet deserves awesome supplies!

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or lost in transit (which happens less often than a cat voluntarily taking a bath), contact us immediately at [email protected].

🔄 6. Returns and Refunds

Return Window

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery (because even picky cats need time to decide!).

Return Process

2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• Opened Catnip Toys (the feline euphoria can’t be contained!)
• Used Chew Toys (hygiene first!)
• Opened Cleaning & Potty products
• Clothing & Accessories with removed tags or signs of wear

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. It may take 5-10 additional days to appear in your account.

All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is our property or used with permission. You may not use it without our written consent – just like you wouldn’t let another pet claim your dog’s favorite toy!
