  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

🌍 Shipping Areas: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas) because every pet deserves awesome supplies!

🔄 Our Tail-Wagging Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be as happy with your purchase as a golden retriever with a new tennis ball! If something isn’t perfect, here’s how we make it right:

⏳ Return Window: 15 days from delivery date (because even picky cats need time to decide!)

💰 Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) – like magic treats reappearing in your account!

⌛ Refund Timeline:

  • Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Appearance in your account: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons (and because some magic can’t be put back in the bottle!), we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened Catnip Toys (the feline euphoria can’t be contained!)
  • Used Chew Toys (hygiene first!)
  • Opened Cleaning & Potty products
  • Clothing & Accessories with removed tags or signs of wear

📦 How to Return an Item (Easier Than Bathing a Cat!)

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items?
