At Hot Sale Pet Supplies, we want every purchase to be as satisfying as your pet’s favorite treat! If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns process is easier to navigate than a puppy through an agility course.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is more important to us than a cat is obsessed with catnip toys!

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Catnip Toys (once opened, the magic can’t be contained!)
  • Chew Toys with signs of use (for hygiene reasons)
  • Cleaning & Potty products that have been opened
  • Clothing & Accessories with removed tags or signs of wear

How to Return an Item

Our return process is smoother than a well-groomed show poodle:

Step 1: Request Authorization

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, pack items securely in their original packaging (more carefully than you’d pack a fragile cat bed!). Include all tags and accessories.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (faster than a greyhound realizing it’s treat time!). We recommend using a trackable service.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (with the same care we’d inspect a new chew toy for quality):

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution)

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process the return (faster than your dog runs to the door when you say “walk”!).

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (which happens less often than a cat voluntarily taking a bath), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement faster than you can say “fetch!”

🐶 Pro Tip:

Take photos of damaged items before returning – it helps us improve our packing (and gives you something cute to show your pet while they wait for their replacement toy!).
